From May 12 to 25, a group of enthusiastic participants embarked on a transformative two-week mobility programme on the island of Skopelos, Greece. Designed to blend professional development with cultural immersion and environmental awareness, the programme offered a hands-on introduction to sustainable tourism in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience began with a visit to Spira Brewery, a local business that exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit and sustainable practices. This opening session provided participants with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small enterprises in island communities. From there, students were placed in rotational internships across a diverse range of local businesses\u2014including hotels, beach bars, travel agencies, and traditional shops\u2014where they gained practical skills in hospitality management, customer service, and daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
